David Irons Online only deliver to UK Mainland addresses.

Deliveries for our orders are made through Royal Mail services.

Our deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This delivery method aims to deliver parcels within 2 to 3 working days with the option of tracking your order. We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48, and will dispatch your order the by the next working day. If you haven’t received your parcel 7 days after ordering, please contact us on info@davidironsonline.com, and we will investigate your order.

We facilitate a in-store click and collect service. This is a completely free service for orders placed online. We will contact you via email or SMS text on when your order is ready for collection. When you arrive in-store to collect your order, please give your name and order number to a member of in-store staff, and we will bring your order to you. Our store opening times are Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.

Please note, some items sold on our website are not possible to post, for example fence paint. At checkout, you will only be given the option for click and collect in-store. Please note, that any other items in your basket at this time will also automatically be selected for click and collect. If you wish to have the deliverable items sent to your address, then you will require to place a separate order.
