You are able to cancel your order or specific items in your order before we dispatch the order. If this is the case, please email info@davidironsonline.com as soon as you change your mind about your items. Our cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

The below returns policy refers only to the purchases made on our website: www.davidironsonline.com

We try our best to ensure all our products arrive to our customers in great condition. However, if your order or items arrive damaged, faulty or items were missing, please contact us immediately on info@davidironsonline.com with details on the issue. We will try and replace the item in the first instance, however if you wish to receive a full refund, please detail this in the email. You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform us on your faulty or damaged goods, so please contact us as soon as on info@davidironsonline.com.

Unfortunately, we can’t refund items that were damaged through misuse, not following of instructions, wear and tear, or accidents after delivery of the items.

If you change your mind over items purchased, you will have 14 days (from the date of delivery) to submit a refund request which can be made by contacting info@davidironsonline.com. Please detail the items you wish to be returned and your order number, which can be found on purchase confirmation email. You will need to return the items in their original, unused packaging and condition. Once we’ve receive your returned items, we will inspect them for any damages and ensuring they are in the original, unused packaging. Then, your refund will be processed as soon as possible via the same method of payment you used to make your purchase.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items and ensuring they were packaged correctly to prevent any damages in transit. Furthermore, you will not be refunded for the delivery costs incurred on the purchase of your order, however, you will still receive a full refund for the value of items purchased.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange orders made through our website. You will require to return your items in the original/unused packaging as highlighted in the Returns Policy above, and then look to purchase the new items you wished to exchange for.
